User Data Deletion

If you have used Slotly (registered on Meta as eDuty, served from eduty.lk / slotly.lk and operated by E-SEEDS (PVT) LTD) — including via Facebook Login or our WhatsApp booking assistant — and would like your personal data removed from our systems, you can submit a deletion request at any time.

What data we hold

• Your name, phone number, and email address.
• Booking history and appointment records associated with your account.
• Any notes or preferences saved during bookings.
• WhatsApp conversation data (display name, phone number, and message content) processed when booking through our WhatsApp assistant.
• Login and session information.

How to request data deletion

Send an email to our privacy team with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”:

Please include in your email:

• The phone number or email address registered to your account.
• If you connected via Facebook, your Facebook name or the email linked to your Facebook account.
• If you booked via WhatsApp, the WhatsApp phone number you messaged from.

What happens next

1. We will verify your identity to confirm ownership of the account.
2. Your account and associated personal data — including any copies held by our service providers / sub-processors (such as our cloud hosting and message-processing providers) — will be permanently deleted within 30 days of receiving your request.
3. We will send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Note: Some booking records may be retained in anonymised form for legal and business accounting obligations, but will not be linked to your identity.

Revoking Facebook permissions

If you connected Slotly (eDuty) through Facebook, you can also revoke app permissions directly through your Facebook account settings:

1. Go to Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites.
2. Find eDuty in the list.
3. Click Remove to revoke access.

Revoking Facebook permissions prevents future data sharing but does not automatically delete data already stored with us. Please also send an email as described above to request full deletion.
